The Refresher program is perfect for anyone that has had a surface interval of over a year. It’s a great chance to get back in touch with an instructor to update your skills and knowledge, relieve any anxiety, and make sure you’re back on track to enjoy yourself beneath the surface.
While there are no certification prerequisites for the Open Water Course, you must be medically fit to dive and able to swim 200m unassisted -or- snorkel for 300m.
